The first job is finding the real spot, because everything that follows — how much has to come open, what the repair costs — depends on it.
We start with what you have already noticed, then work the system: check the meter, isolate the line, and narrow it down before anything gets cut. Once we know where it is, you hear what it will take to reach it and what the repair looks like, and you decide whether to repair that section or replace the run.
If the leak is on the main water line between the meter and the house, that side is the homeowner's responsibility, and we walk you through what the dig and the replacement involve before the shovel comes out.
