Repiping & Pipe Replacement
Some houses are past repairing one joint at a time. A cast iron stack weeping inside a wall, supply lines that have started leaking in two places in a year, pressure that dropped off floor by floor — at that point replacing the pipe costs less than chasing it.
We walk the house first and show you what is actually failing versus what still has life in it, so a repipe is a decision you make with the evidence rather than a sales pitch. Then we lay out the route, tell you which walls and ceilings have to come open, and what the house will be like to live in while the work runs.
Customers have had us replace a single leaking stack across three floors and re-pipe an entire home; both jobs run the same way — open only what we have to, replace it properly, and put the openings back in a state you can finish.
